Who we are

BeHealth Digital is a marketing agency for behavioral health programs, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy covers behealthdigital.com. Questions about it go to info@behealthdigital.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, and what your browser shares when you visit:

• Contact form: your name, email address, program or organization (optional) and your message.
• Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.
• Scheduling: the name, email and any notes you enter when you book a call through Google Calendar.
• Analytics, only if you haven’t opted out: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.

Please don’t send health information

This site is for programs and operators, not patients. Please don’t send protected health information through the contact form or by email. If you need treatment, contact a provider directly. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988.

How we use it

We use contact details and messages to reply to you and to discuss working together. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

Form submissions pass through the service we use to receive them, and analytics data is processed by Google. If you book a call on our scheduling page, the booking is made through Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there. These providers handle the data on our behalf.

Cookies and your choices

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart.

You can opt out at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
